Our founder, Shauna Young, brings over 20 years of experience as a Responsible Business Manager and is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB). She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the CITB NI Board, where she also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. Most recently, she was appointed as a Part-Time Lecturer at Ulster University, where she shares her industry insights with the next generation of professionals.
